Clients are solely responsible for verifying document requirements with their legal counsel or receiving agencies.
2. Appointments, Travel Fees, and Cancellations
- Service Locations: We accommodate bookings at our physical location (705 Monterey Blvd., San Francisco, CA 94127) as well as mobile services throughout our designated Bay Area coverage zones.
- Travel & Mobile Fees: Mobile service appointments are subject to a travel fee, which will be disclosed during booking. Travel fees are earned at the time the notary departs for the assignment and are non-refundable if the notarization cannot be completed due to client error, missing identification, or unready documentation.

By providing your phone number and giving explicit verbal or written consent during booking or inquiries, you agree to receive automated notifications, appointment confirmations, booking status updates, and customer support texts from JoeBABA Apostille Notary.
